EO 464 Revocation and MC 108

Senator Richard Gordon said Malacañang’s decision was correct. “It should never have been issued,” he said.

He also said that the revocation of EO 464 should include the scrapping of MC 108. Gordon said EO 464 stemmed from the invocation of MC 108.
